What We Do

Manufacturing of Ductwork

Our factory manufactures ductwork manufactured to industry specification DW144.

Equipped with modern decoiling lines and the latest CNC plasma cutting and Engel Europa I fold machines, our team is able to provide a rapid turnaround when required.

We offer supply only of ductwork to include rectangular duct, spiral and fittings, heat recovery units, fans, grills, grill boxes, smoke and fire dampers and louvres.

We can produce manufacturing drawings if needed by our clients.

Ductwork Installation

All our installations are carried out by a team of experienced personnel and full qualifications including a minimum SVQ’s 2&3, IPAF, PASMA, Asbestos Awareness and valid CSCS cards.

We assign a site supervisor to every project who hold current SSSTS certificates.

Health and safety and risk assessments together with method statements are provided on all projects prior to commencement on site.

Passive Fire Protection

We provide passive fire protection through Fire Rated ductwork systems and Fire dampers.

We are 3rd party accredited by BRE to Standard LPS 1531:Issue 2 – Appendix 5 and 6. *The Loss Prevention Certification Board (LCPB) is a globally recognized third-party certification.

We are approved manufacturers and installers of FireMac. We use FM120 fabric to manufacturer guidelines.

We supply and install fire dampers directly from certified suppliers only including HVC, BSB, Mandik and Swegon. Our site supervisors all hold an AEME approved Fire & Smoke Control Damper Inspection, Testing & Installation training and hold a PADDECO 3rd Party Certification Card for Fire & Smoke Damper install and testing.
